Dragon Chicken
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken strips ½ kg
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Knorr chicken powder ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Red bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 14-15
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Knorr tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Knorr chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Knorr chicken powder ½ tbs
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted

Directions:
-In a bowl add chicken strips, whisked egg, garlic, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, chicken powder and mix well. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour, cornflour in it and mix well.
-In a frying pan heat cooking oil and fry marinated chicken until golden brown.
-In a wok add cooking oil, onion, capsicum, red bell pepper and stir fry for 1-2 minutes & take out in a bowl.
-Add cashew nuts and fry until light golden & take out in a bowl.
-In a wok add cooking oil, garlic, ginger and mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed and mix well.
-Add tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
-Add chicken powder and mix well.
-In water add corn flour and whisk well.
-Now add dissolve cornflour and mix well.
-Add stir fried vegetables, fried cashew nuts and give it a good mix.
-Add green onion leaves, sesame seeds & serve !

-Bowl mein chicken strips, anda, lehsan, namak, kali mirch powder, soy sauce aur chicken powder daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes k liye marinate ker lein.
-Maida aur cornflour daal ker ache tarha mix ker len.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko golden brown honay tak fry ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil, pyaz, shimla mirch aur red bell pepper daal ker 1-2 minute tak stir fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
-Kaju daal ker light golden honay tak fry ker len & bowl mein nikal le n.
-Karhai mein cooking oil, lehsan aur adrak daal ker ache tarha mix karen.
-Kuti lal mirch daal ker ache tarha mix karein.
-Tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, cheeni, kali mirch powder aur namak daal ker ache tarha mix ker len.
-Chicken powder daal ker ache tarha mix karein.
-Pani mein cornflour ghol len.
-Ab dissolve cornflour daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Stir fried vegetables aur fried kaju daal ker mix karein.
-Hara pyaz aur safed til daal ker serve karein.
