Prime Minister Imran Khan says all neighbours of Afghanistan will get together and it will be collectively decided regarding recognition of new Afghan government keeping in view the progress.
In an interview with BBC, he said Pakistan is trying to engage with Taliban for an inclusive government in Afghanistan as there will not be any long-term sustainable peace and stability unless all factions and ethnic groups are represented.
He called on the international community to incentivize and encourage the interim the government in the right direction.
Replying a question, the Prime Minister said he believes women in Afghanistan are very strong and can assert their rights under the Taliban and we should give them time.
He said statements issued by Taliban after assuming power are encouraging and hoped that they would not restrict the women from getting education.
