NEWSFLASH! FLIGHTS and HOLIDAYS to TENERIFE in July NOT LOOKING PROMISING! ✈️👎

Tenerife 2020 and we go live over to Playa del Duque.
Playa del Duque is a premium beach on Costa Adeje in southern Tenerife. This whole area is a high-quality, exclusive resort; the essence of chic. And the beach is just as fantastic! Walk along the soft golden sand, feel it between your toes… take a dip in the warm, crystal clear waters… unwind on sumptuous sunbeds in glorious sunshine while listening to the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore.

Stroll along an elegant promenade that runs the length of the sand. An array of stylish restaurants and cafés provide plush seating areas for a relaxing drink and shaded tables to enjoy a spot of lunch. International cuisine is available as well as traditional tapas and Canarian specialties. Visitors can also enjoy some boutique shopping, with many designer labels adorning the windows of upmarket outlets.

Tenerife is moving into phase 3 of the lockdown. The Big question is still, can the British and English holiday makers take a flight and holiday to their favourite resort of Playa De Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje? Will Jet2 Ryanair and TUI charter flights and holidays to Tenerife in July and will the British be allowed to enter Tenerife or will they be denied entry by the Spanish and Canaria Government?

Can I go to the Canary Islands?
No Tenerife holidays for Brits until at least October?
When can I travel to Tenerife?
When can I travel to Tenerife?
Tenerife holidays 2020/2021 will this be a reality?

The airlines are chartering flights from July 1st, but this Does not mean we will be allowed to enter.

All we want is a Summer Holiday to Tenerife this Summer 2020.

I ask resident Andrew Knight from Sanasty Car Hire the latest news from the island of Tenerife.

Anybody else noticed how advertised 2021 holidays now seem to be a minimum of 20% more expensive than those this year?

Hi Lee. I haven't heard you mention your Mum, who was poorly a few vlogs ago. I hope she is keeping well and coping with the lockdown. I'm sure that many of your friends and followers will join me in sending our love and best wishes <3

    Hey Lee,
I just spoke to Andrew Knight and booked a Car from Sanasty for our September vacation and you need to say again what a nice guy he is and that he gave us a really great offer, because I am a frequent viewer of your vlog's! And I told him that I'm looking forward to see you two at Mount Teide and see you go Paragliding!
    Thanks,
    Alex 😁

Flying from Ireland to the UK is still classed as flying from another country, and anyway they will check to see where you flew from in the first place, complete waste of time, if authorities find out you are trying to flout the system you will have an even bigger fine, so, not only that if you catch the virus on your travels then you risk passing it on by not quarantining.

When we was there january we walked to adeje and had a drink at the bar on the beach, watching the paragliders landing right next to it. Brilliant.

Just a little update, after seeing Sánchez today (Sunday) on Spanish TV nothing is really much clearer except that there will be new laws enacted for after 21st June, details of which will be published on Tuesday. These are for hygiene measures throughout work places and for daily life etc. and likely will include compulsory wearing of masks everywhere in public for the foreseeable future if you can't ensure a 1.5 to 2 metre distance from other people. This applies to tourists as well. There is still no word on who will be allowed in but Sánchez said that for the orderly and safe revival of tourism they are looking to get an homogeneous approach within the European Union when reopening the borders, something that Torres, the president of the Canaries agreed with. No one seems to know what that actually means. In the meantime you will all have to keep your fingers crossed as nothing is definite yet.

“Funny thing” is, and Maybe it is different for the UK, but I can book Santiago III at TUI for 8 days on July 1.

The Dutch Government website still says that July 1 the quarantine rule is lifted in Spain BUT that does not mean we are allowed INTO Spain already. So you can book a holiday And no quarantine needed BUT it could be possible you are sent bavk at the Spanish border.

And at least you can come to Amsterdam @The MacMaster 😉 The invitation is still open!

When the virus first hit the Europe Tenerife was hit very early on, remember the hotel in Adeje where only 2 people had it so they shut the whole place with everyone inside for weeks. So how on earth will it be possible to have hundreds of thousands of tourists back on the island in close proximity etc. As soon as they open, someone that arrives there at some point will have it and the hotel which they are in will have to be locked down again so it’s just impossible to open up surely?. Never ending scenario.
