HARARE: Abid Ali was on song for Pakistan as he completed his 150 runs and helped visitors score 353-7 against Zimbabwe at Lunch on Day 2 of the second Test.
Resuming the second day at 268-4, Abid and Sajid Khan added 35 runs to the overnight score before Sajid departed after scoring 20 with the help of three boundaries.
Abid stood firm despite a couple of more wickets fell of Mohammad Rizwan (21) and Hasan Ali (0). He remained not out for 151 runs laced with 20 boundaries. Alongside him is Nauman Ali who is standing not out for 7.
Blessing Muzarabbani bowled destructive spell in the twilight phase of Day 1 disturbed batters a little bit and set a path for other bowlers to take wickets. He took three wickets so far whereas Richard Ngarava, Luke Jongwe, Donald Tiripano, and Tendai Chisoro shared a wicket apiece.
