Kamran Ghulam fined for showing dissent to umpire’s decision

Karachi: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)’s all-rounder Kamran Ghulam was fined 40 percent of his applicable match fee for showing dissent to the umpire’s decision during day 3 of the second round in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

According to the details, Kamran displayed his reservation at the umpire’s decision after getting caught behind off Sohail Khan. The cricketer was charged for the violation of Article 2.8 by on-field umpires Qaiser Waheed and Saqib Khan.

Kamran pleaded guilty and accepted the sanctions proposed by match referee Nadeem Arshad and, as such, there was no need for a hearing.
