Inam Butt withdraws from Asian Wrestling Championship


Lahore: Pakistan’s Inam Butt will not participate in the Asian Wrestling Championship in Almaty, Kazakhstan, ARY News reported.

The 32-year-old Inam withdrawn himself from the championship due to fitness issues. Inam Butt failed in the Asian Qualifiers of the Olympics, however, he won a bronze medal.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Bilal (57 KG) and Haroon Abid (97 KG) will take part in the competition. The national wrestlers will compete on April 17.
